Presentia is built to help you reflect on the time you still have. We take privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
A. Information you provide
Profile and estimate inputs you enter (for example name, date of birth, optional gender, optional country, height, weight, lifestyle answers, optional family longevity details, intentions, and habit check-ins), messages you send when talking with Reaper, and support or feedback emails you send us.
B. Information stored on your device
Much of your Presentia profile, estimate, intentions, habits, quotes, and preferences are stored locally on your device so the app can work as a personal companion.
C. Purchase information
If you unlock Presentia, purchases are processed by Apple or Google and may be validated through our purchase provider (for example RevenueCat). We receive purchase status needed to unlock features. We do not receive your full payment card details.
D. Technical and diagnostics
We may collect limited technical information such as device type, OS version, app version, and crash or performance diagnostics to keep the app reliable. We do not sell this information.
E. AI / Reaper conversations
When you use Reaper, your messages and high-level profile summary (age and lifestyle habits) are transmitted to our third-party AI service provider, Google LLC (Google Gemini API), solely to generate conversational responses. Google processes this data securely under enterprise data protection standards and does not use your personal data to train public AI models. Reaper is not medical, legal, or crisis advice.
How we use information
- To generate and update your educational lifespan estimate and related views.
- To power Today, habits, quotes, sharing, and other features you use.
- To provide Reaper conversations.
- To unlock and restore purchases.
- To respond to support and feedback.
- To improve reliability, security, and product quality.
Legal bases (if applicable, e.g. EEA/UK)
Where required, we process data based on: performance of a contract (providing the app), consent (where we ask for it), and legitimate interests (security, product improvement) that do not override your rights.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share only as needed with:
- Third-party AI service providers: Google LLC (Google Gemini API) to generate conversational responses, subject to agreements ensuring equal protection of personal data.
- Purchase and subscription infrastructure (Apple, Google, RevenueCat or equivalent).
- Professional advisers or authorities when required by law.
- A successor entity if Artevus is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, with continued protection consistent with this policy.
Data retention
Local data remains on your device until you delete it or remove the app. Server-side logs, purchase records, and AI processing records are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email info@artevus.com. You can also:
- Edit or clear profile answers inside the app.
- Clear Reaper chat history in the app.
- Uninstall the app to remove local on-device data.
- Manage purchase billing through Apple or Google.
Children's privacy
Presentia is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
